Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of coupons and services offered through our platform for activities and tours in the Riviera Maya. By using our coupons, you agree to the terms outlined here, as well as those described in our cancellation and refund policies.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico. Any disputes or claims related to platform use will be exclusively resolved by the competent courts of Quintana Roo.
Use of Coupons
Coupons purchased on our platform are valid exclusively for the activities, tours, and services mentioned in each one, subject to the provider’s availability and policies. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to third parties without prior consent. Each coupon is valid for a single reservation unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for coupons that cannot be used due to provider unavailability.The user is responsible for providing accurate information when booking. Any user errors (such as incorrect dates, number of people, or data entry errors) are solely their responsibility. In case of provider errors, the user must contact the provider directly to resolve the issue.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are accepted only under the following terms:
- Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice: A full refund is guaranteed if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the reserved activity or tour. Cancellations outside this period are not eligible for a refund.
- Weather conditions: If the provider cancels the activity due to adverse weather conditions preventing safe operation, you will be offered either a free rescheduling or a full refund. The provider has sole discretion to cancel due to weather.
- Medical justification: If a participant cannot attend the tour due to health reasons, a valid medical certificate is required to proceed with the cancellation and refund.
Activities booked at Xcaret parks are non-refundable in the event of no-shows. However, these tour coupons are valid for one year from the purchase date, allowing use on another date within the validity period. The client is responsible for coordinating a new date with the provider.
Refunds
If the cancellation meets the specified requirements, we will process the refund through the original payment method used to purchase the coupon. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of confirming the cancellation. We are not responsible for refund delays caused by the payment service provider or the client’s bank.Coupons will not be refunded in the following cases:
Coupons already used for booking an activity.
Coupons purchased at promotional or discounted prices.
Cancellations made outside the established timeframes.
User Responsibility
The user is responsible for verifying the coupon’s conditions, restrictions, and validity dates before purchase. We are not liable for issues arising from the user’s failure to check details such as expiration dates, weather conditions, provider requirements, or any other conditions imposed by the activity provider.By using our coupons, the user agrees that our company acts solely as an intermediary between the user and the provider of activities or tours. We are not responsible for any service failure, error, or cancellation by the providers.
Disclaimer of Liability
Our company will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or inability to use coupons or the provider’s cancellation of activities. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to weather, logistical issues, or dissatisfaction with the service received.By using our platform, the user agrees to release our company from any legal liability related to coupon usage or activity execution. Any service-related dispute or claim must be addressed directly with the activity provider.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Changes will take effect when posted on our platform. Continued platform use after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Refunds for Dissatisfaction
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by emailing caribetravelcoupons@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Acceptance of Providers and Travel Agencies
Tour providers and travel agencies interested in offering services through our platform must send a request to caribetravelcoupons@gmail.com. Inclusion in our coupon book is subject to review and approval under our business terms.
