The coupons purchased on our platform are valid exclusively for activities and tours in the Riviera Maya. Cancellations are managed according to each provider’s specific policies and are only accepted under certain conditions. These include cancellations made at least one day in advance, cancellations due to adverse weather conditions preventing the provider from operating, or cancellations justified by medical reasons. Accepted Cancellations

Cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice:
If you wish to cancel your activity or tour, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the reserved date. This policy applies to most providers and guarantees a full refund if the timeframe is met. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund, as the provider will have already allocated resources to the activity.

Cancellation due to weather conditions:
If weather prevents the activity from being conducted safely and the provider cancels the event, you will be offered two options:

  • Rescheduling: You can select a new date to participate in the activity at no additional cost.
  • Full refund: If you prefer not to reschedule, we will refund the total amount paid for the coupon.

Cancellation due to medical reasons:
If you are unable to attend the tour due to health issues, you may request a cancellation. An official medical certificate verifying your inability to attend on the reserved date will be required. Once this requirement is met, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.

Xcaret Tours

For Xcaret parks, a specific no-refund policy applies. If you are unable to attend on the reserved date, the coupon is non-refundable; however, you have the option to use it at a future date. The coupon will be valid for one year from the purchase date, allowing you to reschedule your visit at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once it is confirmed that you meet the cancellation criteria, we will process your refund through the original payment method used to purchase the coupon. The refund process may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued if the coupon has already been used for the activity.
  • Requests for refunds outside of the specified cases (24 hours’ notice, weather, or medical justification) will not be accepted.
  • Coupons purchased at promotional prices are non-refundable.
